Product Description

Plain tube-red cap-without additives

It is used to collect venous blood samples to separate serum. It can be used for biochemical, immune, serological, drug concentration detection and general trace element detection. The inner wall of the serum tube is coated with a wall-attaching inhibitor.
Centrifugation conditions: After blood is completely coagulated, centrifuge at ≤1300 centrifugation conditions for 10 minutes, room temperature is 25°C.

EDTA tube-purple cap-Blood routine tube

The blood routine tube contains dipotassium salt or tripotassium salt of EDTA, wherein the dipotassium salt is sprayed uniformly on the inner wall of the tube. Mainly used for blood cytology detection, such as blood routine, glycosylated hemoglobin, pre-infusion examination (blood type identification, antibody screening, cross-matching), etc.
Mixing requirements: After blood collection, gently invert 180 degrees up and down for 8-10 times or mix with a mixer.

Coagulant tube-red

The procoagulant tube is used to separate serum after venous blood collection, and is used in clinical chemistry, serology, immunology, therapeutic drug monitoring, general trace element determination, etc. The role of coagulants is to accelerate blood coagulation, and the use of coagulation tubes can shorten the turnaround time.
Mixing conditions: After blood collection, gently invert and mix at 180°C for 5-8 times.
Centrifugation conditions: ≤1300g, 10 minutes, 25°C room temperature.


 

Gel&Clot activator tube-yellow cap

The inner wall of the separating gel/coagulant tube is sprayed with coagulant to accelerate blood coagulation. Separating gel is used to separate blood formed components and serum after centrifugation, which can improve the quality and yield of serum, and maintain the stability of serum components for a long time. Separating gel has strong stability and is not easy to adsorb proteins in serum. It can obtain real results for drug testing and general biochemical testing.
Mixing requirements: After blood collection, gently invert and mix at 180°C for 5-8 times.
Centrifugation conditions: 30 minutes after blood collection, centrifuge at 1300-2000g for 10 minutes, room temperature at 25°C.

Glucose tube-grey cap-blood sugar tube

The blood sugar tube is used for blood sugar measurement and glucose tolerance test. The anticoagulant disodium diaminetetraacetate (EDTA-Na2) or heparin sodium and the glycogen stabilizer sodium fluoride are sprayed in the tube. The glycogen stabilizer can make the blood sugar concentration at room temperature. Stable for 24 hours.
Mixing conditions: Gently invert at 180°C for 8-10 times after blood collection.

Heparin Tube-green cap

Lithium heparin tube/sodium heparin tube
The heparin tube is used to separate the plasma after collecting venous blood, and is used for rapid plasma biochemical experiments. The inner wall is evenly sprayed with lithium heparin or sodium heparin. Suitable for most clinical biochemical tests or for blood rheology experiments.
Mixing conditions: Gently invert at 180°C for 8-10 times after blood collection.

ESR tube-black cap

The erythrocyte sedimentation tube is used for the determination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate. It contains 3.8% sodium citrate solution with a concentration of 1:4 with blood. The 8*120 glass tube can be used with an automatic sedimentation instrument or a visual erythrocyte sedimentation rack. This method is a closed system and does not need to be opened. The cover can be directly operated.
Mixing requirements: After blood collection in the ESR ESR tube, gently invert and mix at 180°C for 8-10 times.
 

PT Tube-blue cap
