ZP30-32  12-head Double-chuck Vial-making Machine

ZP30-32 is suitable for producing glass vials with diameter 16mm-32mm.
Part A adopts double-chuck design. This design decreases the skake and increases the
stability of glass tubes, and improve the quality of glass vials.

ZP40-32  16-head Double-chuck Vial-making Machine

ZP40-32 is suitable for producing glass vials with diameter 16mm-32mm. It firstly adopts the original lower and upper double-chuck design in part-A, which can decrease the shakiness and increase the stability of glass tubes, and improve the quality of glass vials. Part A has three sets of forming tools which can effectively promote the precision and quality of bottle neck. Part B has 8 working stations which can effectively improve the inner quality of glass vials such as water resistance.
