Part A adopts double-chuck design. This design decreases the skake and increases the

1. ZP40-32  16-head Double-chuck Vial-making Machine

ZP40-32 is suitable for producing glass vials with diameter 16mm-32mm. It firstly adopts the original lower and upper double-chuck design in part-A, which can decrease the shakiness and increase the stability of glass tubes, and improve the quality of glass vials. Part A has three sets of forming tools which can effectively promote the precision and quality of bottle neck. Part B has 8 working stations which can effectively improve the inner quality of glass vials such as water resistance.

ZP26CW fully adopts PLC and servo motor control system. It is very steady, and can be
controlled easily, and the precision of products is high. It is suitable for producing diameter
16mm-32mm, high-end glass vials. Its main controlling parts can be adjusted by modifying
the parameters on the touch screen. Mainly including: revolution speed, slot speed, rotation
speed, moving distance of every station, grinding tool speed, moving distance of grinding tool
etc. Part-A has 3 sets of forming tools and Part-B has 10 working stations.
