1. How does the disposable sterile bottle ensure that it is disposable, sterile and pyrogen-free?
In the C-level purification workshop, use injection water that complies with the Pharmacopoeia for internal and external cleaning, and then smoke dry in a drying box that complies with the Pharmacopoeia. Automatic inspection in A-level purification area, automatic boxing, and sterile paper (bag) sealing. Resterilize with ethylene oxide prior to shipment. The whole process has been verified many times to ensure that the glass bottle is wash-free, sterile and pyrogen-free.
2. Is the disposable sterile bottle guaranteed during transportation?
Guaranteed. The special packaging method can ensure that the glass bottle will not be broken and the sterility will not be damaged in the conventional transportation method. If there is any damage, compensate according to the number.
