Product Description

Working process:

Put the whole package of glass tubes on the first material storage rack, press on the touch screen to start the tube change, the tube rolling stepper motor drives the trough to rotate. Move the glass tube on the first silo to the second silo. After the movement is completed, the suction cup device starts to pick up the glass tubes from the uppermost layer of the glass tube and place them in the rolling tube trough. Each trough transports a glass tube and the tube is transported upwards. When the pipe rotates through the highest point with the trough, the jacking stepping motor will lift the pipe to the level of the small pusher, and at the same time at the center of the two open manipulator claws. At this time, the small pusher will advance to the tube grasping position and close the manipulator claw to grasp the tube. While the jacking stepper motor drops to the zero position, the station stepper motor continues to work. At this time, the lifting servo rises while the rotating servo Rotate to an angle of 90 degrees, and push the hand to the waiting position for intubation, and wait for the intubation signal (when the upper and lower glass tube detection sensors of the previous station are all without glass tubes), the large pusher servo and the lifting servo will work at the same time. The glass tube is inserted into the casing of the bottle making machine, and the fixed-length electromagnet (or the fixed-length stepper has already worked to achieve the fixed-length function) at this time. The intubation machine servo will return to the original position, waiting for the next glass tube to be grabbed. When the bottle making machine continues to work to the next bottle making station, the fixed length will return. In the next step, when the bottle making machine arrives at the reclaimer station, if the stepper motor is selected as the reclaiming method, the reclaiming manipulator will automatically work to clamp the waste head and pull it back, and then throw the waste head into the head bucket. If it is selected as an ordinary motor, the return motor will act at the corresponding return position. When the upper glass tube detection sensor is no glass tube, and the lower glass tube detection sensor is a glass tube, the number of return loops will start to count, and wait until When the number of laps reaches the count value, the tailings will be automatically processed and wait for the start of the next glass tube intubation. The entire system will calculate all the intubation stations separately, and there will be no overlap. (All station counting is based on the proximity sensor of the cam mechanism on the bottle making machine as the counting standard, so the installation of the cam sensor must ensure that the signal effective area is reasonable and effective).
